FOODINOVO meeting

The project meeting was opened and led by the project coordinator prof. Ing. Jozef Golian, Dr. The participants of the meeting were also welcomed by the dean of the Faculty of Technology, AU in Krakow (Poland) prof. Alexandra Duda-Chodak.

The project meeting followed the program that was sent to everyone in advance. The project is already in the last year of its implementation, therefore the main part of the meeting dealt with matters related to the finalisation of the project outputs. On the first day of the working meeting, the discussion was focused on the evaluation of the prepared outputs as well as the definition of procedures for the finalisation of the new outputs, in line with the objectives of the project.

The second day of the meeting was focused on the preparation of the accompanying events of the project: the 2nd intensive course for students in Brno and the scientific conference HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLIII, associated with the presentation of the results of the FOODINOVO project. The participants of the working meeting stated that the project objectives are being met in accordance with the schedule and the project is highly contributing to the deepening of international cooperation of partners at 4 universities, which significantly increases the possibilities of preparing further international projects.
