On May 18-20, 2022, the 42nd annual scientific conference with the international participation of Hygiena Alimentorum took place at the PATRIA hotel in Štrbské pleso. The conference was attended by representatives of all research universities.

The project was also promoted at the conference, and at the same time there was also a discussion on the currently resolved stages.
